Brad brings to Font 18 years’ experience in the pressure-cooker of politics, including eight years at the highest level as Premier Will Hodgman’s Chief of Staff.
A highly skilled strategist, tactician and campaigner, Brad was a significant figure in the Hodgman opposition and then Hodgman Government and masterminded the 2014, 2018, 2021 and 2024 state election victories.
Brad also spent a number of years as a senior staffer in the Federal political sphere.
Brad remains one of the most influential and astute commentators of Tasmanian politics through the Fontcast, and his regular newspaper columns.

Danielle is a strategic communicator, policy maker and political adviser with more than 15 years' experience in federal and state politics, and journalism.
She has provided advice to the highest levels of the Australian Government, including as a Senior Media Adviser to the Prime Minister and the Federal Treasurer, and as a policy adviser across a number of portfolios including regional tourism, forestry and fisheries, and industry development.
Throughout her eight years in politics, Danielle partnered with a broad range of industry, governments, media and communities to consult, develop and deliver strategic media and policy outcomes.
Prior to politics, Danielle was a journalist for News Corp and the ABC, and has continued to build key relationships with journalists, producers and editors in newsrooms across the country.
