In 2006, managing director Becher Townshend was a finalist in the Professional Leader of the Year Small to Medium Business in the 2006 Tasmanian Business Leaders Awards.
Becher has also received a Tasmanian gold award in Marketing Communications in the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) State Awards for Excellence. As a journalist, Becher was awarded a Media and Entertainment Arts Alliance (MEAA) award for writing on business and writing on tourism.
In 2005, consultant Lucinda Bray won a Commended Award in the Tasmanian PRIA awards in the category Community Communication for the Rural Safety Blitz (Workplace Safe).
Consultant Deborah Vaughan has been recognised in the Tasmanian PRIA awards for work she did on the Heritage Highway Festival (1999) and the opening of the Museum of Antiquities at Moorilla (1999). In early 2009, Deborah was awarded a Wellington Gold Award for the Royal New Zealand Ballet, presented by the Wellington City Council for business excellence within Wellington, New Zealand.
